# Booking terms and conditions

> **In short:** You book with Technic one d.o.o., a Croatian company. Prices are in euros, include VAT and fuel, and are paid in full by card on Stripe. Departure times follow each evening's sunset, the skipper decides on safety, and cancellations follow our published refund tiers.

## Who you book with

Sunset Dubrovnik is a brand of Technic one d.o.o., OIB 63056167991, VAT ID HR63056167991, registered at Vinogradarska 10, 20236 Mokošica, Croatia. When you book, your contract is with this company.

## Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Croatian VAT, fuel and the inclusions listed for your tour. There is no booking fee. Shared tours are priced per person: adults, children aged 4 to 11, and children under 4, who ride free. Private tours are priced per boat. You pay the full amount by card on Stripe's secure checkout when you book; we never see or store your card details.

## Your booking

Your booking is confirmed when payment succeeds, and your e-ticket is emailed to the address you gave. Shared boats take at most 12 guests in total. We don't run a live seat counter, so if a departure turns out to be full we contact you to offer another evening or a full refund.

## Departure times

Every route leaves a set number of minutes before that evening's sunset, rounded down to the quarter hour. Your departure time is shown on the booking page and printed on your e-ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes early at our office with the yellow flag at the marina entrance, Lapadska obala 21a, 20000 Dubrovnik. ## Children

Children are welcome. Every booking needs at least one adult, and children must be supervised by their adults at all times. Children under 4 ride free on shared tours but count toward the boat's limit.

## On board

- The skipper is in charge of the boat and of everyone's safety. Please follow the skipper's instructions, including about where to sit while the boat is moving.
- Life jackets are on board for every guest. Wear one whenever the skipper asks.
- The prosecco toast is for adults only (18 and over in Croatia).
- Swimming happens only where and when the skipper says it is safe.
- No glass of your own on board, please, and take your rubbish home with you.
- Tell us before booking about any medical condition or mobility need that matters on a small boat, so we can advise honestly.

## Weather and cancellations

The skipper may cancel, shorten or reroute a trip for safety. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a free move to another evening. If a full overcast hides the sunset, you can move to another evening free of charge instead of sailing, subject to availability. ## Liability

We carry passenger liability insurance on every vessel. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Croatian and EU law. Please look after your own belongings on board; phones and cameras are at your own risk near the water.

## Complaints and law

If something isn't right, tell us on the day or by email at info@sunsetdubrovnik.com, and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by Croatian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
