To change the date or cancel, reply to your e-ticket email or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference (SD-XXXXXXXX). Refunds follow the cancellation policy.

Booking questions

What time does my boat leave?

It depends on the date, because every departure is timed to that evening’s sunset. Pick a date in the form above and it shows the departure, sunset and return times; the same times are printed on your e-ticket. Arrive 15 minutes early at our office with the yellow flag at the marina entrance.

How do I pay, and in what currency?

In euros, by card on Stripe’s secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices include VAT and fuel, and there is no booking fee.

What if the weather is bad?

If we cancel for any reason, including unsafe sea or wind, you choose a full refund or a free move to another evening. If a full overcast hides the sunset, you can move to another evening free of charge instead of sailing, subject to availability.

Can I cancel?

24 hours or more before departure: 100% refund. 12 to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours before departure, or no-show: 0% refund. Times count from your scheduled departure, in local Dubrovnik time. Full policy.

Is a seat guaranteed when I pay?

Your booking is confirmed by email straight away. Shared boats take at most 12 guests and we don’t run a live seat counter, so on the rare evening a departure is already full we’ll contact you to offer another evening or a full refund.

Can I book for tonight?

Online booking opens from tomorrow. For tonight, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
